The RGM Group further entrenched its presence in China with the formation of a representative office in Beijing, and a management company in Nanjing.
RGM International was now a truly global citizen as the Company and its businesses begin to garner worldwide recognition for its achievements :
- By 2006, APRIL further extended its industry lead by global partnerships with the United Nations Environment Programme, and became a signatory to the United Nations’ Global Compact. APRIL is also proud to bear the national colours as the only Indonesian company currently to be welcomed as a member of the World Business Council of Sustainable Development.
- In 2008, RGM International was recognised as one of the Top Ten Philanthropic Enterprises in China. APRIL was bestowed the honour of being the “Most Socially Responsible Enterprise” in China.
